We are seeking an experienced Water Treatment Specialist to join our team. As a Water Treatment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This position is based in San Diego, CA. The position involves travel to and from client sites throughout Southern California, as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Manage client accounts, including contract renewals and upselling opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that arise
- Water treatment equipment and plumbing installations and repairs
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of water treatment equipment
- Water treatment, analysis and report preparation
- Lifting or moving of chemical drums and pails, as required to transfer to onsite chemical tanks
- Complying with all Hydrovida health and safety protocols for contract work and chemical handling
- General equipment and chemistry sales, new account sales
- Travel to sites in Southern California, as required
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and OneDrive
- Experience in sales or account management preferred
- Experience with plumbing strongly preferred
- Experience with water treatment practices and principles a large plus
